CHEF Thomas Rider

 
 

Chef Thomas Rider was born in Washington DC. At a very early age he gravitated toward the kitchen, and he never looked back. Thomas selects only the finest fresh ingredients to produce his mouthwatering delicacies. Having also had an affinity for water, Thomas set out to combine his two loves – cooking and boating.

A taste of what guests might have experienced during the Mediterranean 7-day charters onboard Sweet Escape.

Chef Thomas has a broad range of restaurant and private chef experience. Previously proprietor and chef of a successful private catering company, Thomas always has an intuition on where the world food trends are heading towards. Every charter is different; everyone has different taste. The benefit of having your private chef onboard is you will get every fantastic thing what you desire and when you desire it. Sushi or Ceviche, Traditional English Teas, Beach Barbecues’, Sunday Brunch with Mimosa’s and Bellini’s…infinite options.

For breakfast everyday there will be freshly baked breakfast breads, pastries or muffins. Pancakes, french toast or waffles made to order, Fresh fruit, yogurt, granola, and a hot breakfast of bacon, sausage and eggs any style cooked to order.
