Luxurious, decadent and gorgeous—Motoryacht Sweet Escape welcomed onboard Dianthus Miami, The Experts in Flora who decorated all decks with fabulous flower arrangements, center pieces and plants in preparation for MY Sweet Escape’s Winter Broker’s Open House at Pier 66, Fort Lauderdale. Dianthus Miami took the opportunity to facilitate a complete photo session of their creations under the crafty lens of Matea Michelangeli Photography. The crew of MY Sweet Escape, led by Chief Stewardess Extraordinaire Grace Heyns, prepared incredible table-scapes with themes that varied from an Aft Deck Breakfast at Tiffany's, including satin-white calla lilies complete with diamonds and pearls of course; to a Mexican Fiesta on the Portuguese with exuberant gerbera daisies and sunflowers dancing in a glorious 8’ long table-top parade; and finally a James Bond Gala Dinner on the Boat Deck with velvet-red roses and dapper gold metallic vases, suave as 007 himself. Dianthus Miami used a selection of their vases and trending embellishments that tied the flowers and artistic vision together.
Dianthus Miami displayed maximum creativity and expertise by providing arrangements that were spectacular show pieces and fit the spaces and characteristics previously specified by the crew. Their professionalism was evident from the initial consultation to the timely and careful loading of all arrangements, all the way to the crew-requested take-down support. Their meticulous attention to detail as well as their impeccable care of every area of the yacht made it a pleasure to have them onboard. The crew felt that Dianthus Miami listened to the story MY Sweet Escape wanted to tell, and executed it while overwhelmingly exceeding any type of expectations in creativity and professionalism.
The floral creations dressed the yacht for the festive occasion—The MY Sweet Escape 2019 Fort Lauderdale Brokers Open House—and created a vast array of moods and vibes throughout. Enhanced through the creative staging by Dianthus Miami, the invited brokers were immersed in the charming possibilities their clients could experience while on charter by either orchestrated themes or the provided standard of luxury onboard. The beautifully decorated guest staterooms received delicate orchids, roses and hydrangeas of possibly every shade. The salon was intoxicating as it was perfumed with majestic lilies and roses. The formal dining table dazzled in a 1920s Gatsby-esque table setting featuring roses, purple beauties of delphiniums and anemones, peacock feathers and dendrobium orchids in so many romantic colors. The skylounge was gorgeous with the touch of coastal glam, combining orange and purple hues, bottles, terracotta and twine. The sundeck and jacuzzi area was tropical and inviting with draping birds of paradise, abundant agapanthus and glowing gingers and anthuriums. There were varieties of dianthus throughout, cleverly disguised, and hinting to the florists namesake ever so subtly and superbly.
MY Sweet Escape and her crew know what the luxury yachting lifestyle is all about and in partnership with Dianthus Miami they were proud to showcase their yacht in all her glory, ready to continue a successful charter season in The Bahamas.
